Can I pay for other people's attendance?

For OneDay, Personal and Corporate meetings this is the default situation. Your participant still does have costs for his/her call to the dial in number of newConference. These costs are not charged by newConference but by each participants telecom provider. Do you want totally free access for your participants? In that case please use the newConference Global Toll Free Access solution.

If you prefer to use newConference Direct you can use the following method to make sure that participation is completely free for you participant. You do need a phone with a transfer feature for this approach:

• Call the person that you want to invite into your meeting.
• Welcome your guest and put him/her on hold.
• Call newConference: coming soon and select '1' to start or join the meeting.
• Enter your conference code.
• Transfer your guest to newConference, in general this is simply done by hanging up.

In this way you can place as many attendees in your meeting as you want even if they are abroad.
