Invitation Assistant
The Invitation Assistant assures you that the other participants are well informed and in time. If your guest uses Outlook i.e., the invitation will be placed in his agenda directly. Free!
International access
NewConference has international access numbers available for different countries.
Control your conference
During your meeting you can go to the Control Panel to:
- See who is in your meeting and who left
- Turn the microphone of each participant off and on
- Remove a participant from you meeting
Record your meeting
You can easily record your meeting. When the conference is finished you can download your recording (mp3-format). Free!
Dial Out
The Dial-out function of newConference allows you to call participants and to place them in your conference call with a mouse click. This is convenient and hospitable for your guests.
