If you want to make an immediate conference call and want to share the costs with the other participants newConference Direct is your solution. No subscriptions are required and you can do it yourself.
Define a conference code
Make up your own conference code. Please use at least four digits and do not choose a too simple code like 1234.
Inform the participants
Provide the following information to all participants:
- Conference code
- Dial in number: coming soon
- Starting time of the meeting
Hint
Use the free Invitation Assistant to inform the participants.
Start you meeting!
All participants call at the agreed time to coming soon and follow the IVR instructions.
