As chairperson of a newConference meeting you are really empowered with the extended Control Panel. You can see in real time who is in you meeting and who left. In addition you can do the following:

  • Call new participants en place them in your conference call instantly with Dial-Out (only for premium subscribers)
  • Remove participants from the conference call
  • Mute and unmute the microphone of individual participants

Access to the Control Panel is possible via the menu link Control Panel in the myconference menu. Initially you enter the Control Panel as participant. At that point you can select the "activate additional features" link (PIN required).

Your participants can use the Control Panel to see who is in or out the conference call and to check whether the conference call is recorded.
